The ideal candidates will have previous experience in construction, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. Our Estimator will:
- Review and evaluate detailed cost estimates
- Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
- Ensure timely completion of estimates
- Understand scope of work to bid
- Manage bid pricing from all vendors
- Prepare cost analysis
- Perform risk assessment
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors

Experience:
- Strong understanding of Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Metal Framing and Drywall Construction
- 3+ years’ estimating experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with, or quick ability to learn, estimating software, on-screen take-offs
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Well-organized and reliable
- BSc/BA in engineering, construction, or relevant field
